Description: 10” steel instrument with a wire snare on the end, which is adjusted by pulling the handle out to tighten after releasing a lever. On the top is another rod, which can be adjusted to advance a pin to hold the tissue. The handle is a T preceded by a checkered piece of ebony for a grip.
