Description: 8“x 3.5“x 2” black box with metal escutcheon, C.H. Cosens, has two layers. Bottom which used to contain ribbons etc is empty. Top has 4 silver tracheostomy tubes all marked Ferguson, 2 double bladed retractors, one single blade retractor all curved, one sharp hook and one scalpel. All marked Ferguson with cross hatched ivroy handles about 6.75” long.
