Description: 6“x3” tourniquet consists of a base pad, which is held in place by a cloth band to oppose a smaller pad connected by a brass screw to a brass handle, which can be turned to increase the pressure. Both pads are covered with a red suede, which is typical of the Charriere pieces and the cloth is a matching red.
