Description: 3.25“x1.25“x3/4” box with plush red silk lining contains a 3“x 3/8” syringe. Each end is closed with a brown composition material (vulcanite?) as are the 2 needles The plunger is metal,calibrated with a rubber tip. Compartment in lid opens to reveal a strand of wires for opening the needles. The tip syringe is the male type with the needles having female connectors.
