Description: 9 5“x 3.25“x 2” brown wooden box with sliding lid contains a 4” x 7/8” composition bell, last 2” screws off and can be replaced with a 1 3/8“x 1 3/8” flared bell. The tubing is woven cloth there is also a 2 1/4” by 1 1/4” composition pleximeter, which is signed. Codman and Shurtleff. There is also a 1“x1 7/8 “ bel“l which has a threaded tip with remnants of rubber – may be Hernstein’s modification? Box also contains remnants of the rubber tubing, which was used to maintain tension on the ear pieces.
