Description: 18” instrument with three blades which open from a missing sheath. There is a drill like structure within the tube to grind a bladder stone. A wheel on the end is used to turn the drill after it is inserted in the urethra. It is seated in a crib, which can be turned by a screw to advance the gripping part and which may not be of the original design.
