Label on front says For Fever and Ague, Dyspepsia, Piles, Indigestion, Headaches and Debility Quassia Mara, Discovered in 1756 by a Negro slave named Quassia, Dr. G.G. Adams. Label on bottom of cup says for dyspepsia and indigestion, use before meals for piles, use a inch of Lac Sulpur in water 2 or 3 times a day for worms let the water stand in cup. See another example.
