Description: 9×4×2” black cloth covered case lined in purple velvet contains paper for smoking and a compartment with extra pens. 9” long, on one end the clock work mechanism sits with 2.25×1.25 box, drives a 5×1” metal plate which holds the smoked paper. The pen, hinged at the other end is 6” long and is driven by a plate with an ivory end which senses the pulse the hole is laced to the wrist with 2 plates.
