Description: Brass, tin and glass portable leech jar, which contains 17 glass tubes, a perforated bottom plate to allow air exchange. The entire device disassembles and each tube can be removed with each containing a cork device to push the leech into place. The whole is contained in a circular red paper box lined with cloth, labeled Chevalier, Brevete a Paris, 140 r. Montmartre.
