Description: Pewter cylinder 7×2.5 with a brass knob on top entering another small cylinder 1.5” sitting on larger one at right angles. The lid lifts to allow filling, the knob can be turned to create by activating a plunger inside pressure. There is a valve connector at the bottom to connect an enema or douch tube. Brass plate on large cylinder is marked #2 irrigator system of Doctor Eguiser. These are very common and were made in very elaborate forms.
