This now carries the label “kidney pills” instead of “kidney cure” as a result of the pure food and drug act that put requirements on manufacturers to use the word cure. This example is not embossed and has the contents, which are small pink pills. Foley’s kidney cures were very popular. A still later example 4 1/4” x 1 1/8“d, with a screw cap and with label and contents is also shown. In addition there is an embossed sample bottle.
