Description: 15.5” long instrument with checkered ebony handle and grip. There is a chain extended from the end which is adjusted in length coursely by pulling the handle after releasing two clips about 1/3 of the way from the top. The lock is in place and then the chain can be ratcheted tight by rocking the handle. Metal is steel and nickle plate.
