Description: 6” long, nickle plated device with 1.5” rod with hard rubber foot which goes into a 2 1/8 x.5 tube against a spring. There is a 1 7/8” circular dial at top with a needle activated by pressing the foot. Calibrated to 20 or 40 in equal parts. Reads Sphygmometer, devised by John Bethune Stein, M.D. Fits into a triangular leather covered box with label. See the French version.
