Description: Contains silver tongue depresor hallmarked SC and Co. with a crown, siver catheter, blunt probe, grooved aneurysm needle, grooved scop, silver tenaculum and bone handled lancet. These are displayed in a hand made frame that was given to me by a friend. Case also contains hook, lancet, curved probes, blunt probe. Originally ontained in a 6×3” red leather case marked Maw. These pocket cases were a basic part of the physicians armamentarium in the nineteenth century.
