Description: 8“x 5.25“x 4.5” box with purple velvet lining and manufacturer tag. Top layer contains the universal handle, which has an bone tip and 2 cautery instruments, with one missing. There are two bottles in the box for the fuel for the cautery and the complete rubber tubing and pump. A slight variation can be seen on the site. The use of this device is discussed in a later article in the Journal of the Archives of Dermatology: “Further Observations on the Technique of An Efficient Procedure for the Removal and Cure of Superficial Malignant Growths.”
