Movement is signed Alfa with an arrow as well as face. Five jewels are easily visible in the movement with speed calibrated in French and English. Servicing signed 3x, Serial number 246697. Many watches with second hands are labelled “Doctor’sWatch”.But the only ones that are certain for that purpose are those with a calibration for measuring the pulse.
