Description: 3.75×2x.75” black leatherette case with red velvet lining. Major piece is a 3.25×3/8” handle with end piece to screw fitting into and which on pressure reveals inner tube which is calibrated in grams 100+ and Hg 3+ marked Concordance de Dr. L. Cheron. Outside is marked Methode du Dr. Bloch. Three fittings can be screwed on end each about 2.25” long, two cork cushions on 1/2” feet. See a simpler example. An American version was invented by Dr. Stein.
