Description: 8.25×3×2“black leatherette box, green lining, compartment in lid. Sphygmograph is gilted brass, 8” long, shaped like Marey but has a 3/4 wheel on side to adjust pressure in oz and troy. The clock work mechanism is 2.25×1.5 and moves a wooden plate 5×2 mounted on brass with pins to hold tracing paper. There are ivory rests for the bottom which go on wrist with ivory tipped pressure plate, strap is missing.
